When do I receive a tracking number for my order?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
How long does it take to ship a FUJUNI product to an address in the European or North American areas?
Orders are usually delivered in 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Under what circumstances do your deliveries get delayed?
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
To which locations does Guangzhou DTYT CO., industry Co., Ltd provide shipping services?
dycook.com ships to addresses in European or North American areas.
What is your policy for customs, duties, and taxes?
dycook.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Refund
Refund policy

1.Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all labels/cards included.
2.Once your return is received and inspected by Guangzhou DTYT industry Co., Ltd(usually within 48 business hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-14 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
3.For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.
4.You are responsible for all shipping costs and other costs associated with getting your order back to us except if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.
5.Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact us if you are unsure of which Series you like before placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down.
Return shipping options
1.For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
2.All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.
3.Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a $15 Service Fee.
